RSP do not keep loose parts to support existing customers. Complete UPS system is kept as stock for fast retrieval of parts and prompt ONSITE repair.

ONE TO ONE EXCHANGE

RSP is committed to repair the UPS within 7 days (during warranty). Otherwise, a temporary units will be deployed to site without additional cost.

RENTAL

Provide Short term, long term and during emergency.

REPAIR

Ability to repair UPS up to component levels to minimize repair cost. Customer may send the UPS to RSP during working hours for evaluation. Cost of evaluation is free of charge (F.O.C) if unit is sent to RSP service centre.

SERVICE & PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

Provide non-comprehensive service & maintenance for all UPS brands.

ENGINEER & TECHNICIAN

Certified in house engineer & technician to provide on-site technical support.

TRAINING

Provide technical training at RSP training centre on UPS maintenance, repair, battery replacement, AC & DC replacement, basic troubleshooting.

TRADE IN

RSP provides trade-in any brand of UPS.

RSP was incorporated in January, 2014 as a local service provider & support for the products of UPS & AVR in Cambodia.

RSP is in cooperation with Power Solutions (PS) based in Malaysia that have been in this field for over 30 years.

RSP has our own technician in house to provide on-site support.

RSP aims to provide pre-sales & after-sales support to ensure that the correct system is selected to suit your specific application and budget.
